We work with aligned donor education programs and higher education institutions to design curricula, facilitate, implement and evaluate their offerings.

We apply our evaluation framework and process to work with organizations to determine how they will implement their theories of change and how they will discern if they are learning and bringing about the transformation they desire.

Circles
We build customized staff support circles based on your organizational conflict transformation, values alignment, and leadership development needs. We work with Indigenous and Black circle practitioners to support their ongoing learning and development through our Restore Circles.

We sometimes work with aligned organizations and collaborations to facilitate conversations at critical junctures in their development.

On a limited basis we offer coaching and strategic support to values-aligned organizational leaders across sectors.
